I wanted to take the time to personally tell you about us. Traditionally, the “About Us” or “Company Profile” page on a website is where you’d get a list of all the great and wonderful things about a company, but I am choosing to tell you a short story about how Perennial Gardens has affected me and everyone who works together.

 When I was a kid growing up my father used to tell me all the time, there are no shortcuts. Things will come back to haunt you. I have lost count of the amount of properties I’ve toured and surveyed and have seen for myself exactly what my father was talking about. Everyone wants to save money and have the best, but if you take the time to really think about that, they’re not equal. How do you legitimately balance a major price cut and retain the same quality of work. It is simply not possible. It’s smoke and mirrors. My Father taught me, that it’s the things you don’t see that can bear the burden of lesser quality of work. Many of the professionals in this field have similar access to materials. Do you really believe that some contractor get’s materials cheaper by importing it from his brothers quarry? The reality check here comes down to who you trust. What have others said? What projects stand the test of time, and how long have these companies been around?

My Father started Perennial Gardens over 50 years ago. The jobs he did then have stood the test of time. Now, we call them Projects, and they are much more complicated. They involve strategic planning and constant communication between the various craftsmen that are led by a single goal orientated timetable. So what do I do? Nothing different from the way my Father conducted business, but I’d like to think, better. By applying what I’ve learned from the best, enhancing that with the latest technologies and surrounding this company… my company, with the very best dedicated people, we do things better. Never a day goes by where I don’t find an elegant solution to some issue that has come up during that day. And things can go wrong, but when they do I take a personal responsiveness to fix it. And because I stay on top of all of our projects with great communication from the field, most of the time you’d never know something went wrong because I stepped in and had a problem fixed.
